Title of the paper: A civilization carried away with sugar…towards catatrophe

I was born on November 18, 1968, in the city of Ramnicu-Valcea, Romania.

In 1987 I graduated from the “Ienachita Vacarescu” Mathematics-Physics High School, Targoviste.

In 1994 I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” Bucharest.

Since 2002, I have been working as an internal medicine specialist at the Central Military Emergency University Hospital.

Since 2001 I have been licensed for general ultrasonography.

Since 2003, I obtained the second specialization in Diabetes, Nutrition, and Metabolic Diseases.

I am co-author of a book on metabolic syndrome X, as well as many articles in medical journals.

I have been employed as a speaker for family doctors repeatedly, especially in the field of nutrition and metabolic diseases.

I am married and have a 13-year-old daughter. We live in Bucharest.

During the One Health Conference, I will present the work “A civilization carried away with sugar…towards catastrophe”.
